Live support is only available if your HSTi Product is registered. Using your HSTi Product’s unique serial number allows you to submit trouble tickets, and even chat live with our support technicians. Please note, that the website will remember your HSTi Product for up to 30 days, then it will forget you and you will have to enter your HSTi Product’s serial number here again. Support is only available if your HSTi Product is registered.

If you have a Moboplay media player without a serial number on the bottom, just enter ‘moboplay’, without quotes.
