WE SELL ONLY NEW FULLY WARRANTED MERCHANDISE TO OUR CUSTOMERS - it is customers responsibility to ensure products sold on our website are compatible with their system version.

Products have been fully tested and have a defect rate of about .01 %Please be sure that your product is set up correctly and properly installed. Common problem areas are incorrect wiring, not following diagrams or instructions correctly and poor installation techniques. The technical support area has many detailed trouble shooting tips and after fully trouble shooting your install and operation you can always contact a technical support agent that can address questions or problems that the technical pages does not address.

Once you have read over the technical supports pages and contacted a technical agent to determine the product is defective, if defective you will then be issued a RMA Number online (this is not done by phone or email). Only then can your product be returned for testing and will be replaced if defective.

Any products that appear to be damaged during shipping must be reported to us at time of receiving package using our support ticket system on our contact page. Shipping times may vary and are not guaranteed, if a customer changes their address after its shipped they will be charged RTS fee and reshipping fee. In the case of Fedex it may be able to be redirected ,a $15 change of address fee will be charged to recoup costs of this change.

When returning a product for testing, you must enclose a copy of your sales receipt and a copy of your tech support ticket.

Include inside the package the original order number, email used to order, phone number and description of problem.
Keep a record of when it was shipped and the tracking number if your using a trackable shipping method

All warranties are Return To Base (RTB). Therefore it is your responsibility to pay all shipping costs including import taxes for any returned items.

If the returned product is verified faulty, it will be replaced as soon as possible. If the item is no longer available, it will be replaced with an equivalent or higher specification product.

If the returned product is verified as working 100%, it will be shipped back to you as soon as possible. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and testing fees which can be paid by credit card or pay pal.

Refunds: In order to assure all of our customers new merchandise our policy is no refunds and no exchanges - however all products come with 90 days full live support, and a 1 year service warranty with the exception of USB cables which come with 30 day warranty.


No exchange on any device which has been replaced by a newer version.
No software returns.

Customer is responsible for shipping and return shipping costs in the event incorrect data is provided or package is refused.

We will not accept packages returned by UPS

For anything over $50 you must use a USPS Global Priority Flat Rate Envelope they are only $4 (DO NOT USE OVERNIGHT ITS $$$ & SLOWER TO CANADA ) Keep the Tracking number on the package it always starts with a LZ and in most cases has one you can peel of and keep for your records.Do not pay for the overnight envelope as its slower then global priority when shipping to Canada.

You must clearly mark on package: Returned Defective Goods
Ask post office for Customs CN 22 label and write:
Returned Defective Electronic Parts (in the description)
Price paid before shipping ( In Value)
Check off the Merchandise Box
Sign your Signature.

Any products not marked Returned Defective Goods will be subject to duty and taxes and we will not accept them . They will be returned to you from the postal company at your cost.
Any order that is canceled before shipping is subject to a processing fee to cover the credit card fee which we are not refunded - this includes double orders - sorry we can not have these fees refunded so if you placed an order and it timed out simply log into website to see if it was received before placing another order.
We reserve the right to charge your credit card a fee not exceeding $50.00 in the event of a invalid charge back fee , make sure to contact us for RMA on any problem you may have using our RMA system located on the contact page.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure any product ordered / received is not used and or imported in any way in which it would violate any laws. All installations are done at the customers and or installers own risk.
